  • Insurance companies will only give us rough estimates of coverage. Ultimately the responsibility rests on you, the subscriber.

  • Insurance reimbursements often are received months after the service has been rendered. Your account will not reflect this until it is received and recorded by our staff. Account refund checks or billing letters may be delayed many months due to this.
